Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online via Cliniko or by contacting us directly.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is booked.
  • Initial assessments may require completion of an online consent form or intake questionnaire.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness, at our discretion.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept card payments and other methods as listed at the time of booking.
  • Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any changes to your medical condition or health status before each session.
  • Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions – we will always assess clinical suitability first.
  • Clients are responsible for following the advice and rehabilitation plans provided.

Scope of Practice

  • All physiotherapy treatment is provided by a HCPC-registered professional, in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Any non-physiotherapy treatments (such as sports massage) will be clearly described and are provided within the scope of professional competency.
